What are the rules on Vooz?
Vooz is for adults only, and it bans unwanted nudity, harassment, hate, scams, spam and recording people without consent. The same rules cover text, voice, video and live rooms.
Vooz / Safety
Vooz safety · house rules
Every Vooz match runs on the same short set of rules. Here is what is allowed, what is not, how the report button works, and what to do if you think a ban was a mistake.

Chapter 01
the whole list fits on one screen
Vooz works because two strangers can press start and expect a decent conversation. The rules below exist to protect that expectation. They apply to text, voice and video matches, to private calls, and to the chat inside live rooms, with no difference between guests and signed-in members.
Chapter 02
profiles, messages and live rooms included
House rules do not switch off when a match ends. They cover the nickname you pick, the photo on your profile, the direct messages you send to people you follow, and anything you type into a room chat while someone streams. A nickname built around an insult, a profile picture that would count as explicit, or a message thread that turns into pressure after someone said no are all treated exactly like the same behaviour inside a call.
Guests and signed-in members are held to one standard. Signing in brings a profile, follows and messages, which makes it easier for a friendly conversation to continue, and just as easy for moderators to see a pattern when the same account keeps drawing reports.
Chapter 03
watching, typing, gifting and asking for a call
Scrolling through Vooz Live is a different rhythm from a one-to-one match, since one person streams and several others watch and type, yet the rules do not bend. Room chat follows the harassment and hate rules word for word. Asking the person on stream for money, pushing a link to another service or spamming the chat gets the account flagged the same way it would in a private call.
Every stream keeps a report control in view, and it works like the one in calls: pick the reason and keep watching or swipe away. Gifts always ask for confirmation before any coins leave your balance, so nobody can hurry you into sending one by accident. Some rooms ask for a ticket, a follow or a paid account before you can enter; those are entry settings, not exceptions to the rules, and everyone inside them agreed to the same list as everyone else.
When a stream leads to a one-to-one video request, the private call that follows sits under the full set of rules from the first second, consent included.
Chapter 04
how a report actually travels
Calls and live rooms both carry a report button. Press it, choose the reason that fits best, and the session is flagged for the moderation team together with the context attached to it. You do not need to stay in the conversation while that happens; press next or leave the room straight away, and the report still goes through.
Reports are reviewed by people, not by a counter that bans whoever collects the most flags. That means a single honest report carries weight, and a pile of spiteful ones against someone who did nothing wrong does not. If you want the longer view of what moderation can and cannot catch, read is Vooz safe.
TipReport first, argue never. Replying to someone who is being abusive only gives them the reaction they came for.
Chapter 05
a quick way to decide
Not every disappointing match needs a moderator. Somebody who is dull, shy, rude in a mild way or just not your type is what the next button is for, and tapping it ends things instantly with no hard feelings. Reports are for conduct that breaks the rules, because that is what moderators can act on.
Chapter 06
Most problems end with a warning or a short suspension, especially for a first slip in tone. Some behaviour skips that stage entirely. Anything involving minors, explicit content forced on a stranger, threats of violence, attempts to extort money, or passing around recordings of other members leads to permanent removal, and new accounts made to get around a ban are closed as they appear.
What happens to coins or VIP time on an account closed for breaking these rules is set out in the terms of service. The full wording sits in the community guidelines, which spell out each rule with examples.
Chapter 07
appeals are read, not auto-rejected
Mistakes happen, and a reported account is sometimes the wrong one. Send one email to [email protected], ideally from the account’s own address, giving the nickname and a rough date of the ban, and explain what you think went wrong. Someone looks at the original report again before replying.
Please send one message and wait for an answer rather than several in a row; duplicates only slow the queue down. Other ways to reach the team are listed on the contact page.
Rules, asked about
Vooz is for adults only, and it bans unwanted nudity, harassment, hate, scams, spam and recording people without consent. The same rules cover text, voice, video and live rooms.
Press report while you are still in the call or the stream, then choose a reason. Leaving straight afterwards is fine, because the report is already on its way to moderators.
No. Reports are not shared with the person you reported, and your nickname is not shown to them.
Moderators review the flagged session and decide on a warning, a suspension or permanent removal. Serious cases are closed quickly.
Accounts are removed for breaking the house rules, such as unwanted explicit content, harassment, being underage or scamming. Repeat and serious offences lead to permanent bans.
Send a note to [email protected] using your account email. Say which nickname was banned and around when, and the original report gets a second look before we reply.
Only between adults who both want it. Putting explicit content in front of a match who did not agree is a removable offence.
Only with the clear permission of the other person. Recording or sharing someone without consent is against the rules and leads to removal.
Yes. Room chat, gifts and any call requested from a stream follow exactly the same rules as a random match, and every stream has its own report button.
No. Vooz is strictly 18+, and we shut down profiles that look underage.
