Community Guidelines
Everyone on Vooz follows these guidelines, whether they are typing, on a voice or video call, in direct messages or hanging out in a stream. The list stays short because the principle is simple: give the stranger opposite you the treatment you would want yourself.
Section 01
Adults, and only adults
Every single member has to be 18 or over. Keep younger people off your camera entirely, and flag any profile that seems to be run by a child. Those reports jump the queue and finish with a lifetime ban.
Section 02
Consent comes first
Flirting between two adults who are both enjoying it is fine on Vooz. Putting nudity or sexual content in front of someone who did not invite it is not, and neither is leaning on a match to undress or to continue somewhere more private.
Section 03
Respect the person, not just the rules
- Insults, threats and bullying are out, room chat included.
- Hate targeting race, ethnicity, faith, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality is out.
- Poking fun at somebody’s accent, looks or language level is out.
- When a match taps next on you, accept it. Chasing them down in messages counts as harassment.
Section 04
Keep money and marketing out
- Do not ask members for cash, gift cards or payments outside Vooz.
- Do not post outside links, advertise, or try to sell anything.
- Do not run fake giveaways or promise free coins. Whoever offers those is scamming.
- Do not impersonate Vooz staff or a fellow member.
Section 05
Privacy of others
Never capture or rebroadcast someone without clear permission, and never upload another member anywhere off Vooz. Personal details belonging to other people are theirs to share, not yours, and your own deserve the same caution.
Section 06
Live rooms
Streamers are bound by exactly the same guidelines as everyone else. Viewers are asked to keep room chat friendly and to accept whatever entry conditions a room has. Gifts are a choice: no one is entitled to receive one and no one is obliged to send one.
Section 07
When rules are broken
Flag the problem with the report button during the call or stream. A moderator reviews it and chooses between a warning, a timed suspension or a lifetime ban, weighing how bad it was and any earlier history. The worst behaviour goes straight to a ban. To challenge a decision, write to [email protected] and mention your nickname plus when it happened.
