Terms of Service

Using vooz.video, as a guest or signed in, means agreeing to what is written here. Starting a match counts as that agreement, so it is worth one careful read. We kept the wording as close to everyday English as a legal page permits.

Section 01

Who may use Vooz

Vooz is open to people who are 18 or older and allowed by the law of their country to enter an agreement like this one. Using Vooz is your confirmation of both points. Accounts we have good reason to think belong to a minor are shut down.

Section 02

Your account

Guests can chat immediately; signing in ties coins, follows, messages and settings to one account that works on any device. Activity on your account is your responsibility, so guard your login and write to [email protected] straight away if you suspect somebody else is using it.

Section 03

How you agree to behave

Vooz only works when strangers are decent to each other. While using it you will not:

Expose nudity or sexual content to a person who never asked to see it.
Harass, threaten, bully or spread hatred toward other people on Vooz.
Capture, screenshot or pass on another member without their say-so.
Promote products, send spam, run scams or ask anyone for money.
Pose as another person, or use Vooz to break the law.
Disrupt or scrape the service, or open fresh accounts to dodge a suspension.

Section 04

Coins and VIP

Coins are a digital item that only works inside Vooz: they keep you matching once free matches are spent, pay for private one-to-one calls and gifts, and open certain live rooms. VIP is a membership level that comes with a badge and member prices on top-ups. They carry no cash value, cannot be traded for money and cannot leave your Vooz account.

A purchase is complete once the coins or VIP status land in your account, and refunds apply only where the law grants one. If something needs more coins than you hold, Vooz shows you a top-up screen before anything is charged, and a gift always asks you to confirm first.

Section 05

The Reward Center

Above the matching screen, the Reward Center runs a countdown; when it hits zero you can collect a reward like free matches or coins, and the following countdown begins at the moment you collect. What rewards contain, their size and their frequency can be adjusted. Rewards have no cash value, and accounts that game the system may lose them.

Section 06

Content and conversations

Anything you type, post or stream stays yours. You allow Vooz to carry it to your match or your stream audience and to look at it if it is reported. The people you meet are strangers whose identity we do not verify, and we cannot guarantee how they will act, so use the report button whenever something feels off.

Section 07

Suspension and closure

Breaking these terms or the community guidelines can earn a warning, a temporary suspension or a closed account. An account closed for rule breaking may lose its coins, VIP time and rewards. You are free to stop using Vooz whenever you want and to ask us to delete your account.

Section 08

Limits of responsibility

We offer Vooz in its current state and whenever it happens to be up. We put real effort into keeping it running and safe, but outages happen and members do not always behave. As far as the law permits, Vooz accepts no liability for indirect loss or for what other users do.

Section 09

Changes to these terms

Revised terms carry a new date at the top, and notable revisions are flagged on the site. Continuing to chat on Vooz after a revision counts as agreeing to it. Send any question to [email protected].
