Section 01

Getting started

Load vooz.video in an up-to-date browser, pick a mode on the start screen and tap start. Nothing needs filling in beforehand.
Guests can talk straight away. Sign in later if you would like coins, follows and settings to follow you onto other devices.
Tapping next ends the current match and brings in someone new.
Want an icon? Choose Add to Home Screen in the browser menu. Vooz has no apk and no store listing, and the Vooz app guide walks through it.

Section 02

Camera or microphone not working

Make sure you pressed allow when the browser asked about camera and microphone. If you pressed block, switch it back through the padlock or site icon next to the web address.
Quit anything else holding the camera, like another video app or a screen recorder.
Refresh after changing a permission. On iPhone, Safari and a home screen icon keep separate permission settings.
Still nothing? Text mode works with no camera or microphone at all.

Section 03

Signing in

Stick with one sign-in method so the same account, balance and follows load every time.
Coins missing on a new phone usually means a second account was created. Sign out, then return using the method you first chose.
Locked out entirely? Send your nickname to [email protected] and we will work on getting you back in.

Section 04

Coins and rewards

Fresh accounts come with free matches. Once those are gone, coins cover more matching, private calls, gifts and some live rooms.
The Reward Center timer sits above where you match. Collect when the timer runs out, and a new timer starts from that moment.
Paid but no coins? Forward the receipt along with your nickname to support.
No website, file or generator can hand out free coins. Treat every such offer as a scam, and read the Vooz coins page for how coins really work.

Section 05

Reporting someone

Look for the report button in any call or stream, choose what went wrong, then carry on.
A moderator looks at each report that comes in and decides what happens next.
